Easy and Light Cheesecake

Ingredients: 2 pie crusts 16 oz cottage cheese 16 oz sour cream 1.5 cups sugar 3 eggs 1/3 cup flour 1 tsp vanilla Directions: Mix all together or blend with hand blender Pour into pie crust Bake at 350 for 45 min – 1 hr (slight browning on top) Add toppings and then refrigerate
